Gamma Gas 99% Purity Oxygen Generator Operation Procedure

Before starting this 99% purity oxygen generator, read all operation manuals first.

1 Preparation

1.1 Start transformer to supply suitable power to each machine;

1.2 On all switches in the white control panel after transformer;

1.3 Check if air compressor, two oxygen control panel electricity is on;

1.4 Check and make the valve in front of the air tank is fully open;

1.5 Check the air tank pressure meter, make sure the meter is at zero, make sure the valve after the air tank is closed. If air tank pressure meter is not at zero, open the manual drain valve at back of refrigerated dryer gradually to discharge air until air tank pressure reach zero, then turn the manual drain valve back to original degree;

2 Start the machine

2.1 Start refrigerated dryer power, wait for three minutes;

2.2 After three minutes, push air compressor triangle start button to start the air compressor;

2.3 When pressure on air compressor and pressure meter on air tank reaches 8 bars, fully and slowly open the manual valve after the air tank;

2.4 Check and make sure the valve to oxygen buffer tank at oxygen generator bottom is closed;

2.5 Start oxygen generator by: push ESC(to activate the screen, if screen already blue, no need to push ESC)---push F1---push up arrow to change 0 into 1---push Enter, oxygen generator start to operate, wait for five minutes;

2.6 Open the bottom manual valve to oxygen buffer tank slowly, open the manual valve after oxygen buffer tank slowly;

2.7 Wait until the oxygen purity data get stable and above 93%, open the valve in front of first oxygen storage tank;

2.8 Slowly open the manual valve in front of blue pipe slowly, check flow rate meter, make the flow meter indicate 13-15;

2.9 Open the valve after first oxygen storage tank;

2.10 Start oxygen purifier by push ESC(to activate the screen, if screen already blue, no need to push ESC)---push F1---push up arrow to change 0 into 1---push Enter, oxygen purifier start to operate, wait until the purity data get stable;

2.10 Open the valve before second oxygen storage tank, wait until the purity data get stable and above 99%;

2.11 Open the valve after second oxygen storage tank, open the blocked black pipe at the end, wait for 3 minutes;

2.12 Fully but slowly open the manual valve in front of blue pipe.

2.14 Check and make sure the pressure discharge valve above the automatic filling machine is open;

2.15 Start the water pump and cooling fan switches on the wall;

2.16 Go to the outdoor cooling tower, check and make sure the fan is working and there is water dropping from top of cooling tower. If water in the tank is not full, add water to full tank;

2.17 Use hand to touch the cooling water pipe on second oxygen compressor, make sure there is water running inside.

2.18 Loosen the switches below first and second stage oil pressure meter on the second oxygen compressor.

2.19 Push the green button on second oxygen compressor control panel;

2.20 Check and wait until oil coming from the plastic tube below the two oil pressure meters are stable, then tighten the switches below first and second stage oil pressure meter.

2.21 Check if second stage oil pressure meter display between 17-19, first stage oil pressure meter display round 3.4-3.8. If not, adjust as per procedure item 3.12 below.

2.22 Open the valve at the outlet of first oxygen compressor if it is closed;

2.23 Start the first oxygen compressor, block the black pipe after the second oxygen storage tank;

Now, the oxygen is ready to be filled, refer to procedures on [Cylinder Filling Operation Procedure"

3 Routine check

Every thirty minutes, make the following check.

3.1 Check and make sure air compressor pressure max pressure is within 8.0-8.4 bars. If more than 8.4 bars, open the dryer manual drain valve bigger to control discharge amount.

3.2 If air compressor motor temperature is above 95 degree, stop the system and clean air compressor cooler and fan;

3.3 Check if dryer medium low pressure is not less than 3 bars.

3.4 Check and make sure there is water coming from outdoor dryer drain valve pipe and first filter pipe.

3.5 Check temperature in the pipe after dryer, it should not be abnormally high;

3.6 Check if pressure meters on adsorption tower can reach above 7 bars pressure;

3.7 Check first oxygen purity meter data, if less than 93%, consult Gamma;

3.8 Check first oxygen storge tank pressure meter, its pressure should be not less than 6 bars;

3.9 Check second oxygen purity meter data, if less than 99%, consult Gamma;

3.10 Check if second oxygen storage tank pressure is more than 0.5 bars, it should be near the zero;

3.11 Check if there is any water leak, oil leak, gas leak on oxygen compressors;

3.12 If oil pressure meters on second oxygen compressor is not within the right range, first loose the switch below meter, wait for a while, then tight it again, see what is the pressure. If still not within right range after several loosing and tightening, then first loose the switch, use screw driver to adjust the pressure adjusting valve, then tighten switch again, see what is the pressure.

3.13 Always make sure cooling water is coming before run second oxygen compressor.

3.14 Check if oxygen pipe at outlet of second oxygen compressor is cool, if not cool, put more cool water into the cooling tower tank to replace the heated cooling water.

3.15 Check all pipeline for air leak;

3.16 During operation, if there is any abnormal sound from any machine, check and stop if necessary.

4 Stop the machine

4.1 Stop the first oxygen compressor;

4.2 Push the red button on second oxygen compressor control panel, loosen the switches below first and second stage oil pressure meter on the second oxygen compressor;

4.3 Close the valve after second oxygen storage tank

4.4 Close the valve before second oxygen storage tank

4.5 Stop oxygen purifier by push ESC(to activate the screen, if screen already blue, no need to push ESC)---push F2---push up arrow to change 0 into 1---push Enter;

4.6 Close the valve after first oxygen storage tank;

4.7 Close the valve in front of first oxygen storage tank

4.8 Close the manual valve in front of blue pipe;

4.9 Close the manual valve after oxygen buffer tank;

4.10 Close the bottom manual valve to oxygen buffer tank;

4.11 Stop the oxygen generator by: push ESC(to activate the screen, if screen already blue, no need to push ESC)---push F2---push up arrow to change 0 into 1---push Enter;

4.12 Close the manual valve after air tank;

4.13 Stop air compressor by push air compressor [o" button;

4.14 Wait for 3 minutes, then stop refrigerated dryer;

4.15 Stop the water pump and cooling fan switches on the wall

4.16 Stop filling machine as per [Cylinder Filling Operation Procedure"

4.17 If necessary, switch off the transformer and air compressor breaker.

Now, the whole system is stopped.

5 Emergency stop

Should there is need to stop the oxygen generator emergently,

5.1 Stop the two oxygen compressors immediately.

5.2 Stop oxygen purifier,oxygen generator and air compressor by pushing their emergency stop button.

6 Restart after emergency and power off

When power is suddenly off or there is emergency stop, to start the machine, operate as per normal start procedure.

7 Notes

7.1 This machine is highly automatical, starting the machine with wrong procedure will dramatically increase the time to get desired purity.

7.2 After start up, it does not need much adjustment, but it should be checked periodically, making sure every meter and instrument is running well. Should there is any abnormal sound, data change dramatically, immediate reaction is needed.
